If anything the constructions and architectural design and work made by BOSA Properties on the land sold to the developers by the City of White Rock, have certainly made its marks in this formerly very quaint and sleepy town core, uptown.

Now please let me give you an update [Feb 4th 2008]. My Friends...this is only one of four buildings of gigantic size and a work of the architect surrounded by 'love, concern and considering the aging population of this retiree resort, tourist destination.

Our community which is in a transformation stage and we can already see young people migrating like flock birds [Branta Canadensis, lat.] to these environs of the super natural Semiahmoo Peninsula.

The picture shows, depicts  'emotional impact' [visually, virtually] that the photo creates on the onlookers, the pedestrians.

Imagine three more of the same but higher and you're right...Welcome to Gotham.

This construction and envelope is shooting up into the sky and will not be alone for too long.

Three more equally dominant concrete buildings are on their way up 'closer to thee'.

"Not even heaven is sacred anymore. Mankind is just coming higher and higher... I am happy for the new residents moving in...elevators will be in place to bring many up as far as to the 22nd floor".
